Domestic Shipping

  • Available within Australia.

  • Standard: 5–7 business days

  • Express: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Available worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • For damaged items, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos for assistance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to update an address, contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
